3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on this site. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the site function and help us understand how visitors use it.

Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site secure and working correctly, including page loading, form submission, and load balancing. They cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and record session activity. The data collected includes pages viewed, session duration, device and browser type, traffic source, and approximate geographic location derived from a truncated IP address. This helps us improve site structure and content. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising and measurement cookies: Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. It sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. It records events such as page views and form submissions and shares them with Meta, which may match this activity to a Meta account. Meta’s data policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Advertising and measurement cookies: LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation, to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising, understand which professional segments visit our site, and deliver retargeted ads. It sets cookies such as li_sugr, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, bcookie, and lidc. LinkedIn reports audience data to us in aggregate form only and does not identify individual visitors to us. LinkedIn’s privacy policy is available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising cookies at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.

Your control over cookies
Non-essential cookies are set only after you accept them through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer, or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Analytics and advertising cookies used on this site are typically retained between 30 days and 24 months depending on the provider and the cookie type.
